TechDoctorDeals

Introduction to TechDoctorDeals
TechDoctorDeals is a PTP site. The site is being run in association with SwiftGamers of Canada. (SwiftGamers is a site that sells different electronic devices and softwares such as computers, cameras, cellphones and others). On this site, as in any other PTP site, you will be paid for joining discussions. Though, the forum wants to be known as a technology forum, the topic being discussed is wide-ranging. A click on the "Forum" tab (upper left) will reveal the topics being allowed for discussion.

Membership
There are two categories of members in TDD and these are the Premium members and Non-Premium members. Non-Premium are sub-categorized to Junior and Senior members (these sub-categories, actually, do not mean anything). To get to Premium, a member must pay the monthly Premium membership fee of $9.99.

Earning Rates
The earning rate when the forum started was said to be $1.0 per post. This is an staggering rate. Due to this rate, it became very popular in such a short time. Due to this popularity, the earning rate was decreased to $0.75/post. This blogger joined the forum in September (last week) of 2010. When I came in, the rate was reduced again and was $0.30 per post.

The earning rate of $0.3.post is still very high. With this rate, you can earn $30 a day, by just writing 100 posts per day (which means $900/month). And soon, TDD was deluged with new members, mostly coming from India and the Philippines, wanting to cash in on the high rate.

Due to the increasing number of members, the rate went into a roller coaster ride, eventually settling to rates of $0.03 - 0.05/post for Non-Premium and $0.05 - 1.0.post for Premium members. (Note : this rate was the rate in November of 2010).

Payment Record
Perhaps the most important thing that any PTP enthusiast will ask if the site is really paying. There are PTP sites that give low earning rates, but, this, actually, does not matter much to a member. As long as the PTP site really pays, member stays.

As I have mentioned earlier, I registered with TDD on late September of 2010. And from that date up to the present (November), I already received four payments from them (2 small ones and two big ones). So, the verdict is : yes, this is a legitimate site that pays. Some may experience delays in some payments but be assured that you will get paid.
